Publishing SaaS Applications
Understand the usage and publishing of SaaS applications on Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
Publishing SaaS on Oracle Cloud Marketplace
You can publish a listing that compliments your SaaS product. If you include an install package containing an artifact in your marketplace listing, then the listing is visible in the OCI Console marketplace, that can be deployed on customer infrastructure, and can use any transaction model Marketplace provides.
- A gateway VM that enables access to a customer’s environment for the publisher’s SaaS or PaaS.
- A VM containing developer tooling, such as scripts that make API calls, SDKs, or CLIs related to the publisher’s SaaS or PaaS.
The publisher can use this packer template to automate the build of their artifact or another suitable method. The feature to transact for or create a SaaS entitlement is currently unavailable. You can't deploy these listings directly in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure from the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
Alternatively, you can publish SaaS solutions as lead-generation listings. You can choose to have Oracle capture the customer details and send them to you, or direct a customer to a form on your domain.
Converting Lead-Generation Listings to Click-to-Deploy Listings
You can convert lead-generation listing to click-to-deploy listings. Oracle partners who have created lead generation listings can convert these listings to click-to-deploy listings at any time by including an install package in your marketplace listing. See Building Applications and Install Packages.
Submitting the Oracle Eloqua Application
You can submit the Oracle Eloqua application that you have developed for compatibility review. Eloqua apps developed by Oracle partners must be submitted for OMC Eloqua Compatibility Review before being published on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. See https://community.oracle.com/docs/DOC-899169.
Integrating your Applications
You can also integrate your applications with Oracle Cloud applications. The procedure to integrate your application depends on the Oracle Cloud Application with which you want to integrate. Refer to the relevant Oracle Cloud Applications documentation for information about integrating your application.
