Enabling Listings for Private Offers

Use Partner Portal to enable your choice of listings for the private offers.

When enabling a listing for a private offer, you can perform the following actions:

• Specify a point contact for private offers associated with the listing..
• Select the unit of measure for the listing in the private offer.

Customers receive a notification by email.

1. Open the Publishers navigation menu in Oracle Cloud Marketplace and click Partner Portal.
2. Click Listings, and then select a listing under the Started tab.
3. Click Edit.
4. In the Private offer section, select Make this listing available for private offers to see the private offer details page.
5. For Contact Email, enter the email address of the specific point of contact for the listing. The point of contact is either an individual's email, an alias, or a distribution list.
6. For Contact URL, provide an email, URL or both. This contact information will be visible as a link on the listing page in Oracle Cloud Console. URLs must be prefixed with https://.
7. For Unit of Measure, select the unit of measure that you want to use for the listing in the private offer. The unit of measure is attached to your listings. It can be the same as or different from the Unit of Measure on the listing. You select the private offer unit of measure that you want to use for the specific private offer when you create it.
8. Click Save, submit the listing, and publish when approved.
