Viewing All Jobs
View all jobs from the Jobs page.
You access the Jobs page by clicking Jobs on the Home page.
- Created - The job is successfully created but not yet run.
- Queued - The job is inactive because of resource contention. Job status changes to In Progress when the resources become available.
- In Progress - The job is running now.
- Succeeded - The job completed successfully.
- Succeeded with Warnings - The job completed successfully with some warnings.
- Canceled - The job is either canceled by the user or it's canceled internally.
- Failed - The job failed either during creation or execution.
The Jobs tab lists the last run details for all jobs in your data catalog. The Type column indicates if a job was run as part of a schedule. Use the Actions menu for a job to View Details, Re-run, Schedule, or Delete the job.
Use the Search within jobs box to quickly look up a job by its name. Enter a complete or partial job name and then press enter. The list refreshes to displays all the jobs that match your search string.

Status - Refines the jobs list based on the job status that you select. For more information about job statuses, see About Jobs Statuses.

Job type - Refines the jobs list based on the job type that you select. The available options are:
- All
- Harvest
- Import Glossary
- Export Glossary
- Delete
- Import Object Properties
- Create Scan Proxy

Data Assets - Refines the jobs list by the data asset from which they are harvested.
You can harvest data entities from a data asset again by rerunning the job you created previously. To run a job again, access the Jobs tab, click the Actions menu for the job you want to run, and select Re-run. The selected job runs immediately using the same connection defined previously.
To refresh the jobs list, click Refresh Data on the Jobs tab.
