You can access Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) by using the Console (a browser-based interface), REST API, or OCI CLI.

Using the Console: To access Application Performance Monitoring using the Console, you must use a supported browser. Sign in to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure console, open the navigation menu and click Observability & Management. Under Application Performance Monitoring, click Home.
