Troubleshooting a Virtual Service
Use the Mesh Doctor tool in Service Mesh to troubleshoot a virtual service.

- Open the navigation menu and click Developer Services. Under Containers & Artifacts, click Service Mesh.
- Click Service Meshes.
- On the Service Mesh page, from the list of compartments on the left side, select a compartment.
- From the list of meshes, click the mesh name that contains the virtual service that you want to troubleshoot.
- On the details page of the mesh, click the name of the virtual service.
- On the details page of the virtual service, click Troubleshoot.
- In the Troubleshoot Virtual Service dialog box, select the cluster and click Start troubleshooting.
The Oracle Cloud Console runs a Mesh Doctor command in an OCI Cloud Shell window. When the command completes, the path to the zipped file with the generated reports is provided. To view the reports, unzip the file in Cloud Shell or download the zipped file from Cloud Shell. For more information, see Mesh Doctor.
