Listing a Schedule

• To display a table of existing schedules in Resource Scheduler:

  1. Open the navigation menu  and select Governance & Administration. Under Resource Scheduler, select Schedules

     The Schedules list page opens. All schedules in the selected compartment are displayed in a table as shown in the following section, which also includes an explanation of the information displayed for each schedule.

  2. To view schedules in a different compartment, use the Compartment filter to switch compartments.
     You must have permission to work in a compartment to see the resources in it. If you're not sure which compartment to use, contact an administrator. For more information, see Understanding Compartments.
  3. Optional: Filter the list of schedules as follows:
     1. To view schedules with a specific status, select anywhere in the Status field to display the list of statuses. Select the required status from the Status menu, and then select Apply.

     The default value for this filter is All, which lists schedules with all statues. For a description of the available statuses, see the following section. See the Schedule Details table on the Example Schedules page for the list.

     You can select only one status at a time from the list.
     1. Select anywhere in the Action Type field, and select Start or Stop from the menu. You can select only one status at a time from the list.
     2. To see schedules that are defined with a particular action, select Start or Stop from the Action menu, and then select Apply.
     3. To reset the list to the default, select Reset.
  4. Optional:
     1. Select the Display Name of a schedule to open the schedule details page for that schedule.
     2. Add tags to schedules so that you can list and manage them as a group. See Adding Tags for information and instructions.
     3. Select the Actions menu () for a schedule to perform the following actions:
        • View details
        • Edit schedule
        • Clone schedule
        • Enable or Disable schedule
