Deleting a Queue
Delete a queue.
Deleting a queue deletes all messages in the queue, all channels in the queue, and the queue's dead letter queue. Because channels are ephemeral, they don't need to be explicitly deleted.
- On the Queues list page, find the queue that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the queue, see Listing Queues.
- From the Actions menu for the queue, select Delete.
- Select Delete again when prompted for confirmation.
