Canceling a Mac Server Order
Cancel an order for Mac servers in Managed Services for Mac.
Note
You can only cancel orders that are in the Submitted, Pending DocuSign, or Customer Review status. You can't cancel an order that has a status of Completed. See Listing Mac Server Orders to find the status of an order.
- On the Orders list page, find the Mac server order that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the order, see Listing Mac Server Orders.
- From the Actions menu for the order, select Cancel order.
- When prompted, confirm the cancellation, including providing the reason.
The canceled order remains visible in the order list with the status of Canceled.
Use the oci mngdmac mac-order mac-order cancel command and required parameters to cancel a Mac order:
