Creating a Project

Follow these steps to create a project. You need a project to create a custom model.

1. From the Projects list page, select Create project. If you need help finding the list page or the queue, see Listing Projects.
2. Enter a Name for the project.
3. (Optional) Give the project a description to help you find it. Don't enter confidential information.
4. Select Create project.
Use the /iaas/tools/oci-cli/latest/oci_cli_docs/cmdref/ai-document/project/create.html command and required parameters to create a project:
```
oci ai-document project create [OPTIONS]
```
