Activating a Connector

Activate a currently deactivated connector in Connector Hub.

If the connector was deactivated for unknown reasons, see Deactivation for Unknown Reasons (on the Troubleshooting Connectors page).
    1. On the Connectors list page, find the connector that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or connector, see Listing Connectors.
    2. From the Actions menu (Actions Menu) for the connector, select Activate.
    3. In the Activate connector dialog box, select Activate.
The connector immediately begins moving data according to its configuration, applying tasks to data in the source service and then moving the data to the target service.
  • Use the oci sch service-connector activate command and required parameters to activate a connector:

    oci sch service-connector activate --service-connector-id <connector_OCID>

For a complete list of parameters and values for CLI commands, see the CLI Command Reference.

  • Run the Activate ServiceConnector operation to activate a connector.
