HeatWave: Support for Version 9.4.1

HeatWave now supports MySQL database 9.4.1. This is the latest Innovation release. It provides security and bug fixes in addition to feature enhancements. You can select version 9.4.1 when creating a new DB system. For existing DB systems, you must manually upgrade them to newer version, such as from version 9.4.0 to 9.4.1.

HeatWave version 9.4.1 (Innovation) supports improved query performance using the InnoDB statistics cache. HeatWave Lakehouse now supports event-based automatic incremental load on OCI, allowing for seamless and automated data refresh of tables loaded from object storage. HeatWave GenAI now enables you to generate SQL queries from natural-language statements using the new NL_SQL routine. HeatWave AutoML now supports enhanced data preparation capabilities with NL2ML, enabling you to efficiently prepare your data for training and testing. If you want to leverage the most recent advancements and enhancements, and stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, then the Innovation release is the best fit for you. Alternatively, if your application requires established behavior, the LTS (8.4.x) or Bugfix (8.0.x) releases are more suitable.
