Create an event-based alarm to get notifications whenever the event occurs

OCI Monitoring lets you set up event-based alarms, so you can get a notification whenever an event occurs. For example, get notified whenever a database instance is shut down. For steps to configure an event-based alarm, see Getting Event-Based Notifications for an Alarm.
