Unified Monitoring Agent 0.1.35 released

A new release of the Unified Monitoring Agent (UMA) is now available with the following major updates:

Added support for Oracle Linux 9 non-FIPS environments (x86 and ARM)
Added support for Ubuntu 22.04 (x86 only)
Added support for Windows FIPS MSIs
Updated the OCI SDK version to the latest version (2.21.1)
Added support for the Linux and Windows agent configurations to be configured in the same dynamic group
