Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC)

DNSSEC adds security extensions to DNS to protect customers from malicious or forged response attacks. DNSSEC uses cryptographic verification to ensure that the resolver can verify each DNS response for both integrity (the message didn't change during transit) and authenticity (the data came from the expected source).
