On January 1, 2025, Oracle Linux 7 moved from Premier Support to Oracle Linux Extended Support.   • Includes all updates as of August 26, 2020.
  • Adds support for diagnostic NMI-induced crash kernel generation on unresponsive VM instances. For more information, including how to configure the OS to generate a crash dump, see Sending a Diagnostic Interrupt.
  • Improves diagnostic and debugging data collection by installing the following diagnostic packages:
