Use the Console to enroll a parent tenancy in one of the Oracle Cloud Success services.
Note
To enroll, you must be an administrator for the parent tenancy.

Open the Help menu (
) and select Visit the Support Center.

Select Enroll in Cloud Success.
Availability of this function indicates that the tenancy isn't yet enrolled in a support plan.

In the Cloud Success enrollment pane, select the service that you want to enroll in.

Select the button to enroll in the indicated plan.
A confirmation of enrollment is sent to the email address associated with your user account. The Oracle Cloud Success service that you selected for the tenancy starts seven calendar days after you enroll.
