WebLogic Management Service Configuration

After registering instances with WebLogic Management, review resources and settings, and configure patching.

View service resources

Become familiar with the Overview page where you can find a summary of all instances and domains in a compartment.

Review default scan settings

Verify that the scan frequency is suitable for the environment and the domain paths are correct.

Review or set the server restart order

Verify the order in which servers are restarted and patched.

Define administrative credentials

Select what type of WebLogic and Node Manager credentials WebLogic Management uses when starting and stopping WebLogic servers

Configure domain patching

Before you can patch a WebLogic domain, you must enable patching and set server lifecycle management. You can also enable patch rollback and set server timeout limit.
