Viewing Your Desktop Status
Use the Desktops page to view the state of your virtual desktop and who to contact if you have issues.

| Status | Description | 
|---|---|
| Available - new desktop | You have access to this desktop, but haven't used it before. You must open it to start the desktop. See Connecting to Your Desktop. | 
| Available - opening | The service is creating the desktop resources and bringing the desktop online. | 
| Available - updating | The service is either starting or stopping the desktop. | 
| Available | This desktop has been opened and it's ready to use. See Connecting to Your Desktop. | 
| Available - failed | The desktop has encountered an error and failed. Try to open it again. See Troubleshooting Secure Desktops. | 
| Unavailable - All desktops are in use | There aren't any available desktops in the pool. |
