Use xAI Grok 4 Fast in OCI Generative AI

The pretrained xAI Grok 4 Fast model is now in General Availability (GA) in the xAI platform for OCI Generative AI. Grok 4 Fast, is a speed- and cost-optimized version of xAI's flagship Grok 4 model. Grok 4 Fast is faster than Grok 4, with a rapid time-to-first-token and high output speed. This prioritization of speed makes this model ideal for real-time applications.
