Oracle Linux software sources added

This release includes the following enhancements:

• Added software sources for Oracle Linux 8.9 and Oracle Linux 9.3 patch repositories.
• Added software sources for Oracle Cloud Native Environment 1.8 for Oracle Linux 8 and 9.
• Improved error messages when creating or updating a custom software source fails.

This release includes the following bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue with displaying the location for groups and lifecycle environments.
• Fixed an issue with adding vendor software sources to an existing custom software source.
• Fixed an issue allowing a failed custom software source to attach to an instance or group.
