New Data Science Conda Environments are Introduced

The following conda environments are introduced:

• PySpark 3.2 and Feature Store (version 3.0)
• PyTorch 2.1 for GPU on Python 3.9 (version 1.0) with CUDA 11.8
• Oracle Property Graph 24.1 for CPU on Python 3.8 (version 1.0)

The following conda environments have been removed:

• Computer Vision for GPU on Python 3.7 (version 1.0)
• Intel Extension for Scikit-learn 2021.3.0 for CPU on Python 3.7
• Natural Language Processing for CPU on Python 3.7 (version 2.0)
• Natural Language Processing for GPU on Python 3.7 (version 2.0)
• NVIDIA RAPIDS 21.10 for GPU on Python 3.7 (version 1.0)
• Oracle AutoML and Model Explanation for Python 3.8 (version 3.0)
• Oracle AutoML and Model Explanation for Python 3.8 (version 4.0)
• Oracle Property Graph 23.2 for CPU on Python 3.8 (version 1.0)
• Oracle Property Graph 23.3 for CPU on Python 3.8 (version 1.0)
• PySpark 3.2 and Feature Store (version 1.0)
