You can update the security attributes for a DB system using the console.
This task requires the following:
Do the following to update the security attributes of a DB system:
- On the DB systems list page, select the DB system that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the DB system, see Listing DB Systems - Using the Console.
The details page opens and displays information about the DB system.
- Select the Security tab.
- You can add new security attributes, edit existing security attributes, or remove existing security attributes.
- To add one or more security attributes, select Add security attributes to open the Add security attributes dialog. Select a Namespace and a Key, an enter a Value. To add multiple security attributes, select Add security attribute to add another row, and to remove a row, select X at the end of the row.
- To edit an existing security attribute, select Edit from the action menu on the same row of the security attribute to open the Edit security attributes dialog.
- To update the value of the security attribute, enter a new value and select Save.
- To remove the security attribute, select Remove security attribute.
- To remove a security attribute, you can also select Delete from the action menu on the same row of the security attribute.
