On January 1, 2025, Oracle Linux 7 moved from Premier Support to Oracle Linux Extended Support. Notable Changes

The following changes are notable in this image update:

  • Includes OS updates for bug fixes and security patches.
  • Includes kernel mitigations for CVE-2021-3653 and CVE-2021-3656.
