Dynamic Scaling

Oracle Integration uses horizontal scaling rules to automatically adjust capacity up or down based on the current demand of your service instance, without any action from you.

Oracle Integration ensures that there will always be a minimum level of resources available to provide prompt response times. However, you still must subscribe to enough message packs to fit your expected usage.

Dynamic scaling applies to resource allocation, not concurrency. Your message pack subscription level determines your concurrent request limit. See Message Pack Usage and Synchronous/Asynchronous Requests.
