Required IAM Service Policies for Web Application Acceleration

Understand how to use the required IAM service policies for Web Application Acceleration.

To use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you must be provided access in a policy  for waa-policy. If you try to perform an action and get a message that you don't have permission or are unauthorized, confirm with your administrator the type of access you have been granted and which compartment  you should work in.

Mandatory permissions list:

Allow group group_name to manage waa-family in compartment compartment_name

Policy examples:

• To allow a specific user group to inspect web application acceleration policies in a specific compartment:

  Allow group group_name to inspect waa-policy in compartment compartment_name

• To allow a specific user group to enable or disable logging on web application accelerations in a specific named compartment

  Allow group group_name to use web-app-acceleration in compartment compartment_name
