Error returned by CreateAutonomousDatabase operation when creating an instance

Instance creation fails with the error: Error returned by CreateAutonomousDatabase operation in Database service. The operation failed because the ocid1.vcn.oc1.iad.am... of the Autonomous Database private endpoint does not have a DNS label.

The private subnet must be created with the option Use DNS hostnames in this Subnet with a label selected.
