Use troubleshooting information to address general error messages in Pulse.
You might receive the following error messages while using Oracle Pulse. For all these messages, the recommended action is to contact your Service Delivery Manager or Oracle Support.

You might receive the following host access errors when using Oracle Pulse.

ORA-06505:PL/SQL: Could not find program unit being called
Clear the browser cache and start a new session. You can also use Incognito mode or try using a different browser
First Name and Last Name can not be the same
If you get this message when using the reset password feature, verify and ensure that the First Name and Last Name are not the same in the MOS user profile
First Name or Last Name or Known as of User contain unsupported special characters
If you get this message when using the reset password feature, verify and ensure that the First Name and Last Name do not contain any special characters in the MOS user profile.
User does not have any hosts
If you get this message when using the reset password feature, verify if you have access to one or more hosts already. The reset password feature returns an error by design if there are no accounts provisioned yet (Linux and/or Windows).
Requester User(Email) is invalid
If you get this message when using the reset password feature, verify that the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) email address is correct and that the SDM is active in the internal CMP system. The reset password feature returns an error by design if the SDM is disabled or inactive. If the SDM email is valid, you have the accounts, and you continue to get the message, create a service request in My Oracle Support.
You do not have any groups or entitlements associated. Please contact your internal customer designated CUA
If you get this message when selecting OS Accounts from the Pulse main menu, no policies are associated with your account. Contact your Customers Users Administrator (CUA) to grant the required policies using the Users administration functionality. The following policies can be assigned.
