Updating a Custom Patch

Update a custom patch that's uploaded to Object Storage in Fleet Application Management.

Note

You can update only custom patches, not Oracle-defined patches.

1. Open the navigation menu and select Observability & Management. Under Fleet Application Management, select Lifecycle Management.
2. Under Lifecycle management (on the left side of the page), click Patches.
3. On the Custom patches tab, click the Actions menu () to the right of the patch that you want to update, and then click Edit.

  To find a patch by name, enter its name in the Search field. You can also apply filters based on patch type, or product name and product version.
4. In the Upload patch panel, update the values or selection, or upload the patch again.

5. Click Save changes.
Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-operations patch update command and required parameters to update details of a custom patch:
