Private Offer
Learn about the Private Offer purchase option for Oracle Database@Azure.
The list of service offerings might vary between the Public Offer and the Private Offer.
To receive a Private Offer, you first contact your Oracle sales representative to negotiate a contract for Oracle Database@Azure with pricing based on factors such as length of contract, spend commitment, and number of Exadata hardware deployments. You can also reach out to Oracle sales team to be connected with your Oracle sales representative. Billing and payment for the service is done through Azure. Payment for Oracle Database@Azure counts toward your Azure Commitments.
Existing Oracle Database software customers can use the Bring Your Own License (BYOL) option or Unlimited License Agreements (ULAs). On your regular Azure invoices, you'll see charges for Oracle Database@Azure alongside charges for your other Azure Marketplace services.
After you successfully negotiate and sign a contract with Oracle, OCI creates a Private Offer for your organization in Azure Marketplace for you to accept. After your organization signs the purchase agreements, OCI creates an order in the Azure Marketplace and sends you an email confirming that the Private Offer has been accepted.
