You can apply defined and free-form tags to a model in Data Science.

From the models page, select the name of the model. If you need help finding
the list of models, see Listing Models.
The model details page opens.

Select the Tags tab to view existing tags. You can
select the edit icon next to a tag to change its value or remove it.
To add a tag, select Add tags, and then enter the tag
namespace (for a defined tag), key, and value. Then select Add
tags.
