Removing Locks on Data Catalog Instances

Remove the locks applied to your catalog instances.

Note

You can remove locks only if you're an administrator or a user with Manage permissions.
  1. On the Data Catalogs page, select the Actions menu (three dots) for the instance for which you want to remove the lock. If you need help finding the Data Catalog page, see Viewing Created Instances.
  2. Select Apply lock.
  3. In the Manage lock dialog box, deselect the lock options. For more information about the options, see Applying Locks to Data Catalog Instances.
  4. Select Close.
