Deleting a Cluster Placement Group

Delete a cluster placement group if you no longer need it.

Deleting a cluster placement group makes it permanently unavailable. You can't restore or reuse a cluster placement group after you delete it. Also, before you can delete a cluster placement group, you must first delete all resources in it. For more information, see the documentation for the respective service and resource.

You can't perform this task by using the Console.
Use the delete command and required parameters to delete a cluster placement group:

oci cpg cluster-placement-group delete --cluster-placement-group-id <cluster_placement_group_OCID>
