Getting Work Request Details

Get the details of a work request for an Oracle Cloud Migrations resource.

  1. Open the navigation menu , select Migration & Disaster Recovery, and then select Cloud Migrations.
  2. Navigate to the Oracle Cloud Migrations resource that you want to view. For example, to navigate to Remote connections, on the left side of the Overview page, click Remote connections (Resources include remote connections, inventory, migrations, and discovery.)
  3. On the resource page, click Work requests.

    The work request list appears in a tabular form. The table displays the following details:

    • Type: The resource type of the work request that includes a link to the details page.
    • Status: The status of the work request. Possible values are: ACCEPTED, IN_PROGRESS, FAILED, SUCCEEDED, WAITING, CANCELING, CANCELED
    • OCID: Oracle Cloud identifier of the work request.
    • Started: The UTC-based date-time the work request started.
    • Finished: The UTC-based date-time the work request finished.
  4. Click the name of the work request to view the details page.

    On the details page, in addition to the information displayed, you can view the following information under Resources.

    • Error Details: Details of any errors associated with the work request.
    • Log Messages: A message log of the operations performed by the work request.
    • Associated Resources: A list of resources associated with this work request.
