Linking a My Oracle Cloud Support Account

Link your identity domains profile to a My Oracle Cloud Support account.

On your My Profile console page, select More Actions and then select Link support account. If you need help finding the My Profile console page, see Getting My Profile Details.
(Optional) If needed, the Oracle account sign-in page prompts you to enter your Oracle credentials.
1. Enter the Username and Password of the Oracle support account that you want to link to.
2. Select Sign in.
The identity domains profile is linked to the Oracle support account. The email address associated with the support account is displayed in the user details in the field My Oracle Cloud Support account.
