Criteria to either include or exclude target databases from the target database group.
These criteria can be based on compartments or tags or a list of target databases. See examples below for more details. Include: Target databases will be added to the target database group if they match at least one of the include criteria. Exclude: Target databases that will be excluded from the target database group (even if they match any of the include criteria).
Note: Objects should always be created or deserialized using the MatchingCriteria.Builder. This model distinguishes fields that are null because they are unset from fields that are explicitly set to null. This is done in the setter methods of the MatchingCriteria.Builder, which maintain a set of all explicitly set fields called MatchingCriteria.Builder.__explicitlySet__. The hashCode() and equals(Object) methods are implemented to take the explicitly set fields into account. The constructor, on the other hand, does not take the explicitly set fields into account (since the constructor cannot distinguish explicit null from unset null).
